Burns & Shaw Property Consultants is a Limited Liability Partnership founded in July 2009 by Niall Burns and Adam Shaw. They provide occupational, development and investment advice on Industrial, Office and Retail property throughout Scotland.

The consultancy who operate under the principal of “who you see is who you get” are dedicated to becoming one of the recognised alternatives in these fields to the national practices. They aim to achieve this through personalised service and by providing strong fundamentals of property consultancy.

Partners Niall Burns and Adam Shaw have over 40 years of combined experience in the property market.

Adam Shaw BSc (Hons) MRICS Partner

A member of RICS, Adam has 20 years’ experience in the Business Space Agency and Investment markets, having worked with three leading national practices. He specialises in Office and Industrial Agency, placing impetus on achieving clients’ key objectives. He is involved in the Commercial Property Sector, basing work commitments and client relationships on integrity, transparency and a positive outlook.

Niall is a member of the RICS and has over 20 years’ experience in the Scottish Commercial Property Market in private practice. Having also worked for a leading development company, Niall provides another aspect – he fully understands the client’s expectations, aspirations and requirements. Niall specialises in Business Space Agency, together with Retail Agency and Development.
